DAS Technology acquires North Carolina-based automotive marketing company

Scottsdale-based DAS Technology has acquired 3 Birds, an automotive marketing firm headquartered in North Carolina to further develop its customer data and experience platform, the company said Tuesday.

The acquisition expands DAS Technology's artificial intelligence, consumer engagement and data mining capabilities, and it generates additional business intelligence for its retail partners.

The acquisition of 3 Birds made sense because both companies offer services complementary to each other, Alexi Venneri, co-founder and CEO of DAS Technology, told the Business Journal.
