GOAL:
Discovery Nissan, a new and used dealership in Shelby, North Carolina, has new owners who purchased the underperforming store in January and needed to improve reputation, processes, sales, and service fast.
SOLUTION:
With the help of Digital Air Strike, Discovery Nissan’s new owners were able to turn around the failing dealership in four months instead of the typical eight months. - DAS Google inventory merchandising campaigns lead shoppers to the dealer’s Vehicle Detail Pages, which have delivered over 2,000 VDPs per month for the last four months, quadrupling the results from the goal of 555 VDPs a month.
- Discovery Nissan grew its new car sales from 13 in January to 60 in May, selling over 740 new and used vehicles in this time frame. The dealership’s service revenue has also tripled monthly since January.
- With the goal of increasing positive reviews from satisfied customers, DAS reputation management tools helped gather over 400 new reviews and grow Google star ratings from 4.1 to 4.3 in just four months.
